Korean Ddukbokki with Caramelized Kimchi & Pork

The kids had such a treat this week when Chef Jennifer Kim from Passerotto joined our class. She taught the kids an impressive recipe for homemade ddukbokki (Korean rice cakes) with a sweet and spicy caramelized kimchi with pork. The kids had to work together to get it all done, which set the tone for a really meaningful conversation with Chef Jennifer about treating teammates with respect and compassion.
