Chef Diana Davila of Mi Tocaya joined us this week to teach the kids to make chicken flautas, and they kids had a BLAST! They shredded chicken, filled and rolled their flautas, and carefully fried them to crispy perfection. To top them off, they made a quick (and delicious) salsa. After they cooked, Chef Diana talked to the kids about what it means to have an ownership mentality - something that'll benefit them not only in the kitchen, but outside of it, too!
