Week 3 - Pasta Sautees
We stepped things up this week. The kids made some delicious pasta dishes with sauteed chicken and vegetables, each group choosing between brown butter sauce and creamy garlic sauce. Both recipes required lots of close attention and a bit of finesse. We also worked on knife skills this week, and after a bit of practice, the kids were slicing and dicing (safely) beautifully. These pastas were no easy undertaking, and the kids were really proud of their results!
